Description

The total area of the house is 380 m², of which about 250 m² is residential.

An uninterruptible power supply is installed, providing up to 10 hours of heat even during a power outage, as well as a powerful generator. All technical systems are monitored by a separate technician who is responsible for maintenance and adjustment. The guest house consists of two full rooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a terrace.
