Description

The project was created for a young couple. On the ground floor there was a separate master’s block, which housed a cozy bedroom, a relaxation area for the owners, a bathroom and other technical rooms. The main accent of the space was the staircase, into which the “Texas Corner” was integrated in the form of cacti and stones. In support of the Wild West mood, a stucco wall was created, which became a transit between the first and second floors.
The corridor is long and subdued, with a unique lighting scenario. To make this wish come true, lamps with built-in LED modules were built into the ceiling. Thus, interesting light spots were formed on the floor.
On the ground floor, in the master’s block, there was a bathroom with a shower and a wide functional area, as well as men’s and women’s dressing rooms with a table for applying makeup.
The children’s room is made neutral. A large bed is integrated into the space, on which it will be comfortable to sleep. A lamp was placed above the bed, the directional light of which would make it comfortable to read books. The functional area is designed in the form of a long table by the window. There are also large shelves that smoothly merge into a zoned wardrobe. A play space has been designed inside this area – a soft circle that the baby will associate with his own personal cozy space.
The second floor is zoned into several zones: a men’s office area with a fireplace, a relaxation area, a kitchen-studio and a large guest bathroom. There are 2 exits to the terrace from the second floor room.
At the entrance to the second floor there is an accent green area – a “living wall” with living plants, an automatic watering system and proper directional lighting.
The kitchen has an integrated wine area, as well as a wide workspace and a small practical “island”.
For comfort, translucent roller shutters are installed. And in addition to the sound system, there is also a ducted air conditioner, which is very convenient for maintaining a certain air temperature!
Before exiting to the terrace, a small seating area was introduced, attached with a staircase.
The terrace is zoned into covered and open areas.
Indoors you can enjoy the morning rays and light breeze. It includes a sofa, dining table and soft armchairs. The terrace was continued by the open part – it was decorated with greenery: cereals, which filled the space with atmosphere and comfort. Ideal for warm evenings to enjoy the view and listen to the sound of the fountains!
