Sapernoye Pole 3, «Bulvar Fontanov»
Description
For rent two-bedroom apartment on the street. Sapernoe Pole, 3. Located on the 4th floor. Total area 96 sq. m. The apartment windows face two sides: on the east side there is a public area and a guest room. The main bedroom has been placed on the western side, as the owners prefer to wake up late, and the sun comes into the room only after three in the afternoon. The main theme of the living room was the return to nature. The designers used natural textures and imitations – sandy rock in clay tones on the apron, a spectacular covering in the TV area under travertine. It was the combination of these textures that created the right mood. The color scheme of the bedrooms was dictated by the configuration of the apartment itself. The master bedroom on the west side is made in light soft tones to compensate for the light rays. The guest bedroom has a more vibrant character with bold color spots. The project used mainly Italian furniture, laconic forms and compact sizes. The decor and textiles were chosen by Ukrainian craftsmen and manufacturers whenever possible.
