The design of the house was designed by YODEZEEN, a leader in Ukrainian and world design. Plot area 35 acres.
The total area of the house is 880 sq.m., residential area 209 sq.m., swimming pool 18 sq.m., gym, kitchen 37 sq.m. with terrace 43 sq.m., garage 55 sq.m.
Spacious basement 170 sq.m. with a living area for staff, 36 sq.m.
All design and construction and architectural drawings are made in accordance with the terms of the regulatory documents of Ukraine.
Heating of the house is provided by the water system “warm floor”, “warm walls”, Ardonia radiators are additionally installed.
The main source of heat is a gas boiler Vissmann Vitodent, boiler room automation Vissmann / Germany.
Distribution of supply and exhaust air from the premises is carried out through designer adjustable slot diffusers Model Look.
The windows are made of aluminum aroifly by Aluprof with improved thermal performance, floor convectors are additionally installed.
Wall thickness up to 0.53 m.
Facing tiles from ABC klinkergruppe / Germany were used in the exterior decoration.
The interior uses large-format tiles from Italian manufacturers: Rex, Antonio Luppi, Marazzi.
Entrance door
Internal floor-to-ceiling door with reinforced aluminum profile to match the wall color.
The folded roof is made of Arcelor Mittal metal 0.5 mm thick./Germany.
Gutter system Galleco Sta 12 /aluminum/ with heating system.
