They just finished the renovation, nobody lived. Apartment with designer renovation in residential complex Pechersk Plaza (52 Perlyna). Across the street from the residential complex “Novopecherski Lypky”. In the building, during outages, the generator is turned on, the elevator and all communications work, except for the light in the apartment.

Now about the apartment:
Repairs, as you understand, we did for ourselves. The design project was developed by familiar designers. We chose high-quality materials, furniture and appliances. They made a cool redesign so that each zone was well played. All furniture is made of MDF, the countertop in the kitchen and in the bathroom is a compact plate – durable, stable and not capricious, unlike stone. French laminate on the floor: we wanted to have wood floors throughout the apartment, so we chose this laminate because it is resistant to moisture and can be laid in the kitchen area.
We spend a lot of time in the living room, so we removed the walls of the corridor to make more space. Sofa – we were looking for as large and comfortable as possible, so we made it to order. Italian fabric was chosen for both the sofa and the bed. It is very pleasant to the touch and looks impossibly cool.
The living room has a separate kitchen area. There are all the necessary built-in appliances – a microwave oven, an oven with a double boiler, a dishwasher, an induction stove and a hood. There is a separate area with a dining table. We discovered a round table made of natural wood, which perfectly fit into our interior.
Bedroom: Of course, a large bed 180×200 with a springless mattress and a soft headboard. Also in the bedroom there is an area with a dressing table for the wife: we made it very deep, as possible for hanging tables, since the wife often works on the laptop.
There is a wardrobe in the bedroom, which turned out to be really expensive, because it has not just clothes rods, but many shelves and drawers to comfortably accommodate men’s and women’s wardrobes. There is also a huge mirror in the bedroom.
The bathroom has a heated floor. Separated area in cupboards with a large boiler, washing machine and tumble dryer. There is also storage space for a vacuum cleaner and other tools for assembly.
At the entrance to the apartment there are two closets designed for outerwear, bags and shoes. We have a lot of things, so this apartment has enough storage space, every shelf has been thought out. There is an area with a large mirror for selfies.
