At one time in this house lived the composer and People’s Artist Zhukovsky German Leontyevich, the artist I. Patorzhinsky, opera singers – Boris Gmyrya and Mikhail Grishko, therapist – Anatoly Mikhnev, writers – Ivan Nekhoda and Viktor Nekrasov.
