Description

Luxurious apartment with an unforgettable panoramic view in the very heart of the capital, namely in Podol, directly on Kontraktova Square. The windows offer a stunning overview of the historical buildings of old Podil, churches, temples, cathedrals, the design architecture of other monuments of the old city and the historical heritage of the city itself. The house of the pre-revolutionary era of 1899, in 2003, according to the project, the building was reconstructed with the addition of an attic floor, with the removal and replacement of ceilings, the front doors, courtyard, roof were repaired, without an elevator.
The building is four-story with basements and an attic floor, brick, L-shaped in plan. The magnificently decorated main facades are decorated with neoclassical and neo-Renaissance elements. The plastered facades are painted yellow, imitating the open masonry of light yellow bricks traditional for Kyiv construction in the late 19th and early 20th centuries.
