Description
The Aria residential complex is the flagship project of Geos. The architects of the project sought to create a recognizable composition in accordance with modern trends in architecture – from concrete, metal and glass. Thanks to the smooth shapes of the facades, variable number of storeys and location, the appearance of the building will change from different viewing points. Aria will be the first residential complex in Ukraine to qualify for a BREEAM certificate – that is, it will meet the requirements for the environmental efficiency of the building. The main goal of the standards is construction that does not harm the environment regarding the site, process and subsequent operation, as well as the materials used. The complex is located on the first line of Peoples’ Friendship Boulevard, which will be the main transport route connecting future residents with the capital.
The placement of the Aria residential complex in the Pechersky district guarantees a developed infrastructure: nearby are shopping centers, shops, educational institutions, medical clinics, restaurants, cafes and tea houses.
Future residents will be able to buy groceries at the Novus supermarket right across the road, walking 8 minutes to Silpo or 15 minutes to Furshet. Also in 15 minutes you can walk to the Ocean Plaza shopping center with its boutiques, shops, restaurants, a cinema and the largest public aquarium in Europe.
